Financing a programme: five routes, and a case built with you.
A turnkey training programme is financed through a public budget, a donor, a foundation, a public-private partnership or a lease. We build the case with you; the quotation follows scoping.

- 01
Public budgets and tenders
Public tenders, consultations, agreements: we respond in the form your procedure requires and provide the administrative and tax documents asked for. The quotation is drawn up stage by stage and deliverable by deliverable, after scoping.
- 02
Donors and agencies
Programmes built for a logical framework, indicators and procurement rules; results-based financing; training of trainers and skills transfer both measured.
- 03
Foundations and partnerships
Partnership agreements, caravans or campuses carried by a foundation, programme communication and an impact review.
- 04
Public-private partnerships
For a vocational campus: a structure paid publicly against availability and performance, with the first year operated by us and then handed over.
- 05
Lease rather than purchase
Mobile units on lease, logistics and maintenance included: to pay for use and avoid the capital outlay.
Our part
- We read your financing framework at scoping and adapt the programme’s phasing to it
- We prepare the financing file with you: scope, indicators, schedule, deliverables
- We structure the contract stage by stage and deliverable by deliverable, in the form your donor or procedure requires
- We publish no standard price and no standard lead time: every case is looked at on its own terms
