The questions an institution asks
- Can we take just one building block?
- Yes. An operator with its own trainers leases or buys units; a ministry with its own premises takes the programme, the experts, or both. Each building block can be contracted on its own. The turnkey option is our reference configuration, not an obligation.
- How do we contract with you?
- Through a public tender, a consultation, a partnership agreement or a service contract. We provide the administrative and tax documents your procedure requires.
- How is the quotation drawn up?
- After scoping: your learners, your sites, the configuration chosen and the duration determine it. We publish no standard price and no standard lead time; every programme is studied and costed in detail, with your departments.
- Who owns the units?
- On a lease, Pertia; on a purchase, you, with a maintenance contract. Units in an operator’s own fleet stay theirs when we operate or refurbish them.
- Which countries do you work in?
- Morocco and West and Central Africa first; elsewhere case by case, with a local partner.
- In which language?
- French and Arabic; English and local languages with in-country trainers.
- How is the programme financed?
- Public budgets, international agencies, foundations, public-private partnerships, or a lease instead of a purchase. We build the case with you: see the Financing page.
- What is left after you leave?
- Certified local trainers, the materials and participant kits, the report and photo library, and, if you bought them, the units, maintained.
